Video clearly shows a fast and steep approach as Asiana Air 214 lands on runway 28L at KSFO on Saturday. Pilot error may be the cause.
With 291 people on board, miraculously only two were killed and 49 seriously injured. The death toll could go up because there are some very serious injuries.
